Return & Refund Policy
After receiving your order and payment you may cancel your order yourself up to 11pm on the evening before your shopping cart due. Just go to the “My Orders” tab and click the “Cancel order” button against the order that you want to cancel. All refund will be processed within 7 – 14 days and bank in to account of origin.
You are to check all goods upon arrival to ensure there are no defects and/or expired products. Once you have accepted the goods from our delivery driver there will be no exchange nor refund available to you.
For which reasons can I return an item?
You may want to return your item due to any of the following reasons:

●Past Sell By date
- Item provided is not as ordered
Return and Exchange Policy
We will accept returns for items purchased and delivered from our online stores, except for discounted items and items that has been damaged or soiled through customer's neglect.
To make a return, simply bring the item to our store at 16, Jalan Bakawali 36, Taman Johor Jaya, 81100 Johor Bahru where the same item was purchased together with its purchase receipt(s)/delivery order to our staff. You may wish to check the item's availability at our store by contacting us. Exchange should be made within three days of purchase.
We will not bear any charges incurred by customers during the process of return, exchange or refund of items.
We reserve the rights to make amendments to this policy at any time without prior notice.
